First Christmas Program of the Season
And so it begins...the onslaught of Christmas music and concerts started tonight with a performance with Michael Card and the Grace Lutheran Choir and Orchestra. It's been 10 years since I've played with a professional orchestra, and it felt good to be on the stage again. I had never met Mr. Card before, but he wrote one of my favorite songs ever, El Shaddai. It was quite the honor to be able to share the stage with him, and all the other musicians tonight.
Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to work with some of these people again in the future. In the meantime, onto the next gig...
