PSA: Challenging a YouTube Take Down with Fair Use

It's well known that of all civil rights in the world, I believe Freedom of Speech is the most important right available. As an extension, we must protect parody under the same tenant, and therefore, we must protect Fair Use as well. Recently, many "Downfall" parody videos have disappeared from YouTube, and it's up to us as video authors and viewers to let the studios know that we don't upload these parodies out of malicious intent (usually), but rather of appreciation for the art itself.

If you find yourself wrongfully DMCAed, it is your right and duty to challenge the takedown.
